Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences one-on-one with a licensed therapist. Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful reminder that you’re not alone. In a supportive and confidential setting, you’ll connect with others who are navigating similar challenges—whether it’s anxiety, grief, self-esteem, or life transitions. Together, you’ll share experiences, gain new perspectives, and learn from each other in meaningful ways. Guided by a skilled therapist, group sessions offer a sense of community and belonging, while helping you grow both individually and together.

Court Mandated Treatment

Taking responsibility for past actions is a challenging but important step—and you don’t have to take it alone. Our program offers a structured and confidential space to begin that work. Through honest self-reflection, support from others facing similar challenges, and guidance from a trained and licensed therapist, participants explore the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that led to their offense.

This program is designed for individuals who are court-mandated to attend treatment and includes ongoing coordination with probation, parole, or other supervising agencies to support compliance and progress. The group focuses on accountability, building healthy relationships, setting boundaries, and developing practical tools to reduce risk and prevent relapse. With an emphasis on personal growth and long-term change, this group is grounded in honesty, responsibility, and the belief that meaningful progress is possible.
